To confirm your reservation, a signed Rental Agreement and payment are required. Bookings are confirmed only after both steps are completed.

Payment terms:

  • A deposit is collected at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance is automatically charged 30 days before check-in.

  • A refundable security deposit hold is placed on your credit card a few days before arrival and released after your stay if no damage is found.

Cancellation policy:

  • Cancel more than 30 days before arrival → 100% refund

  • Cancel more than 14 days before arrival → 50% refund

  • Cancel within 14 days of arrival → no refund

Travel insurance and processing fees are non-refundable. For full details, please review the Rental Agreement provided at the time of reservation.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.

Check-in is contactless and available 24/7. Each property has a secure keypad. You’ll receive an email with the check-in instructions and your unique access code a few days before arrival.

Before checking out, please:

  • Take out your garbage and recycling to the bins in the parking lot

  • Start the dishwasher or wash your dishes

  • Set all thermostats to 15°C and turn off the A/C

  • Turn off floor heating

  • Return any used parking passes inside the unit

  • Return the pool pass if your unit includes one
  • Turn off all lights
  • Lock the patio door

Yes, all of our rentals include fresh bed linens, bath towels, extra blankets, and basic toiletries. You’ll find essentials such as:

  • Shampoo

  • Body soap

  • Shower gel

  • Toilet paper

  • Paper towels

  • Hangers

Yes, all of our vacation rentals include free on-site parking, and each property also has visitor spots available. Some units feature underground parking for added convenience.

Yes, Mont-Tremblant offers a free year-round shuttle service between the resort, pedestrian village, and nearby neighborhoods, including where our rentals are located. Shuttle stops are just a short walk from each property.

Please note that hours of service may vary depending on the season and overall demand.

Yes, all of our rentals are pet-friendly! A pet fee applies, so please let us know when booking if you're bringing your furry friend. This helps us prepare the unit and apply the correct fee. Unregistered pets may result in additional charges.
