  • Submit false booking inquiries or impersonate others.
  1. Booking Terms All bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Booking details, policies, and obligations are outlined in a separate, binding Rental Agreement that must be signed electronically before your stay. By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received and the Rental Agreement is signed.
  • The terms of the Rental Agreement—including payment, cancellation, damage, and behavior policies—will govern your stay.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in the signed Rental Agreement. Generally:
  • 100% refund if canceled more than 30 days before arrival.
  • 50% refund if canceled more than 14 days before arrival.
  • No refund if canceled within 14 days of arrival.

Please consult your individual Rental Agreement for the specific terms that apply to your reservation.

Accuracy of Information While we strive to ensure that all information on the website is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the content. Property features, amenities, and availability may change and are confirmed only upon booking.

Limitation of Liability Tremblant Vacations and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or booking platform. Use of recreational equipment and participation in outdoor activities are at your own risk and governed by the waiver terms in the Rental Agreement.
